Trash Container - September 2012

On September 10, 2011, a motion was brought before The Board of Directors to rescind the rule made by the previous board regarding trash & recycle containers.

The old rule stated that if trash containers remained on the curb more than twenty-four hours after pick-up, the homeowner would have to pay a $50.00 fine. The new rule is the same as the original except fines for the above violation is now $25.00. The fine will be for each occurrence. So, please remove your cans from the street and place them where they will be concealed from view.
